Because your crown deserves the best, we make returns simple, clear, and hygienic.
Our Promise
We want every Goddess to love her purchase. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unworn, uninstalled, with tags and tamper-evident seals intact in the original packaging.
Your Options

Refund (original payment method): Request within 14 days of delivery (item must be unopened/unused).

Store Credit or Exchange: Request 15–60 days after delivery (item must be unopened/unused).
Tip: If you’re unsure about texture or length, email us, our team will help you choose your perfect match before you return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. After verification, we’ll replace or refund swiftly.

Shipping & Processing

The customer covers return shipping. Please use a trackable service.

Original shipping charges and discounts aren’t refundable.

Please allow 3–10 business days from the day we receive your parcel to inspect and process your refund or credit with our response.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used hair (including brushed, washed, dyed, cut, heat-styled, or installed units)

Custom items
Quality Check
All returns must arrive in resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories. Items that don’t meet these standards will be returned to you or issued store credit at our discretion.
